Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after purchase.  During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3-7 business days

Canada: 7-14 business days

International: 10-21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.  These charges are not included in purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Jorie Kay Design is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.  If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.  Jorie Kay Design is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
